What we do.
We take on both small jobs and larger renovations. When other trades are needed, we agree clearly who is responsible for each part.
Renovation and refurbishment
We renovate homes and commercial premises, build walls and carry out flooring, ceiling and finishing work. Before starting, we agree what will be changed and what can be retained.

We build extensions that fit the existing home, with sound junctions and practical everyday solutions.
New builds
We provide carpentry for new builds, from timber framing and floor structures to roofs and interior work.
Cladding and insulation
We replace cladding, add insulation and upgrade facades. The solution is adapted to the building and the conditions found when the structure is opened.
Decking and outdoor areas
We build and renovate decks, screens and outdoor areas. Materials and construction are adapted to the base, intended use and Norwegian climate.
Interior carpentry
We carry out plasterboard work, flooring and the installation of doors and windows, with accurate fitting and neat finishes.
Kitchen installation
We install and adjust cabinets, fronts, infills, plinths and worktops. When needed, we coordinate with plumbers and electricians.
Property maintenance for housing associations
We provide regular inspections, minor repairs and planned maintenance of buildings and shared areas. Scope and response times are agreed to suit the property.
Roofing
We renovate roofs and repair vulnerable details and junctions. The work is adapted to the existing roof and the agreed scope.
Maintenance and service
We provide planned maintenance, minor repairs and service work for homeowners, businesses and housing associations.
Groundworks
We assist with smaller groundworks and outdoor works. Where machinery or extra capacity is required, we work with suitable contractors.
Windows and doors
We replace and install windows and doors, with correct sealing and neat junctions to existing walls and facades.
Facade cleaning
We clean facades as part of ongoing maintenance, using methods suited to the surface.

We rehabilitate facades on larger residential and commercial buildings, from survey and planning to new cladding, windproofing, insulation and required flashings.

Roofing
Roofing and roof covering
The existing roof covering was removed and the underlying structure inspected. A new underlay, counter battens, battens, covering and required flashings were installed to suit the roof.
Carpentry repairs
Roof-to-wall junction
The structure was opened locally to inspect the timber at a vulnerable roof-to-wall junction. Damaged areas were checked and rebuilt before sealing and reinstatement.
Rehabilitering
Cladding and insulation
The facade was upgraded with additional insulation, new wind protection, battens and cladding, including accurate detailing around openings and existing building elements.
Interior renovation
Interior walls and finishes
Interior structures in homes and commercial premises were rebuilt and upgraded. New walls, framing and boards were adapted to existing rooms, services and agreed finishes.

Kitchen installation
The kitchen was fitted to the existing room with aligned fronts, precise finishes and worktops adapted to the layout, coordinated with technical installations.

Decking and outdoor area
Existing decks and balconies were inspected and renovated, including reinforcement, a new base and installation of decking or tiles adapted to the structure and intended use.

These projects show carpentry in new builds, including load-bearing frames, floor structures and roofs, coordinated with other trades and the project design.

The company is run by qualified tradespeople with experience in both practical work and site management. In Finnmark, we also assist with leak detection, moisture surveys and carpentry repairs.
